We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to creativemerchandise@flyingbulldogs.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Return Policy
We accept returns for merchandise cost within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at CreativeMerchandise@FlyingBulldogs.com for return authorization. RA# must be visible on the package being returned. Returns without RA#’s will be refused.
If there was an error on our part in processing the order or if the merchandise is found to be defective, a full refund will be issued. In all other cases, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. In cases of an exchange, or refunds taken in store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Products removed from their original packaging may be considered unsalable or subject to additional charges. Special Order merchandise is not returnable. Shipping charges are not reimbursed or refunded unless an error was found in the original shipment.
