What is the difference between a knob and a pull?

Generally, a knob uses one screw to attach it to the cabinet or drawer face. A pull requires 2 screws.

I don't know what size pull I need. Can you help?

We are happy to help you out if we can. You will need to measure the distance between the center of one screw hole to the center of the other screw hole (not the space between the holes). The CTC (center to center) measurement is listed in all of our product descriptions.

What is a dual mount pull?

Some of the pulls that we carry are referred to as Dual Mount. These pulls will have two sets of mounting holes on the back. For example, some can be used for either 3" or 3 3/4" CTC spacing. The measurements will always be in the product description.

Do you charge sales tax?

The United States Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in South Dakota v. Wayfair that individual states can mandate that businesses without a physical presence in a state with more than 200 transactions or $100,000 in-state sales collect and remit sales taxes on transactions in the state. Each state mandates their own "nexus" policies.  We collect and pay sales tax in Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina and Washington as required by law. If sales tax is applicable to your order it will be calculated and shown during check-out.

When do you charge my credit card?

Your card will be preauthorized at the time of order to confirm the availability of funds. At the time of shipment, charges will be finalized, and the money will be drafted from your account.
