Handmade Faso Dan Fani Fabric

The Faso Dan Fani is a woven cotton cloth made in the West Africa, and is the national symbol of the landlocked country of Burkina Faso. The fabric is woven on a loom in 11-12" wide strips which can be used alone for runners, accent pieces on purses, totes, pillows, garments or other items. The can also be sewn together to make a larger piece for apparel, table cloths, wall hangings, blankets & bedspreads and other home decor. It is a finer gauge weave than mud cloth.
